You are talking to a fortiche created by someone else. Here is where the information you share with it goes.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding one: if the two ever differ, the French text prevails.
You are not renting empty software: you are talking to an assistant that a person has instructed, with their method and their expertise. It runs on their side, on their account. That is what gives it its value, and that is what explains everything else on this page.
Your conversations with this fortiche, and the profile it keeps on you: what you have told it about your business, your preferences, your way of working.
Everything you write there is part of it, including an email address or a phone number you give the fortiche. If it asks for your address to send you a verification code, the creator also sees it in their list of visitors.
This is not surveillance, it is upkeep: it is by rereading these exchanges that the creator corrects their fortiche when it answers badly, and adapts it to your situation. A fortiche that nobody rereads is a fortiche that never improves.
They can also give it instructions that apply only to you: your style, what is off limits for you, your way of working. These instructions are visible to you: ask it “what do you know about me?” and it shows them to you.
Your subscription email address, only if you agreed. This is the address you give to pay. When you subscribe, an optional, unticked box offers to share it with the creator, so that they can contact you outside Fortiche. Without that box, they do not receive it. You can give or withdraw this consent at any time, at the top of your conversation with this fortiche. Withdrawing applies from then on: it cannot take back an address the creator has already retrieved. To have them erase it, write to them, or write to us if you cannot reach them.
The fortiche’s creator decides what their assistant does and what it keeps about you. It is up to them to answer you on these matters, and you can reach them from their page.
CHECK EASY, which publishes Fortiche, hosts the service and provides the tool. We keep what is necessary for your account, your subscription and billing.
At any time, in the conversation, write “forget what you know about me”. Its profile on you is deleted, including the instructions its creator had set for you.
What this does not erase: the history of messages already exchanged, and the records needed for billing. To go further, delete your account from your settings: we then erase what you left with the creators you talked to.
Access, rectification, erasure, objection: contact the fortiche’s creator first. If you cannot reach them, write to us at hello@fortiche.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, cnil.fr.
Tell it about your business: that is the point, and it works better that way. But do not share with it what you would not share with an outside contractor: passwords, bank details, health data, your own customers’ files.
