What you pay, when, and how you stop.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding one: if the two ever differ, the French text prevails.
The plans, their limits and their prices are set out on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms. Prices are stated in euros. Applicable VAT is added at the time of payment according to your country and your status.
A subscription is paid in advance, monthly, and renews automatically on its anniversary date until cancelled. It unlocks the capabilities described on the pricing page for the chosen plan: number of agents, monthly volume, channels, seats.
The subscription does not include any language model usage, whatever the plan. Having an agent reply consumes credits, purchased separately, or else goes through your own key with a model provider. One credit is worth one thousandth of a euro and is consumed with each reply, depending on the length of the exchange and the model used.
When the account is created, and without any payment method being requested, a welcome credit is offered so you can try the service. Its amount is the one shown on your account.
Registering a bank card opens a trial period of fourteen days, once per account. No amount is charged during this period.
The trial period covers access to the service, not the consumption of language models. No credit is deposited when the trial opens. To have an agent reply during this period, you use either your own key with a model provider, or purchased credits, or the welcome credit mentioned in section 2, up to its amount.
Without a key and without credits, access to the service remains open: you can create and configure your agents, but they do not reply.
At the end of the fourteen days, the first month is charged and the credits included in the chosen plan, if any, are deposited at that time.
Cancelling during the trial period results in no charge. Credits you purchased during the trial remain yours.
The subscription unlocks the capabilities described on the pricing page. It includes neither credits nor model usage: no allowance is deposited on subscribing, nor at each billing date. Credits purchased as top-ups remain yours as long as the account is active, and are not taken back on renewal.
If you use your own key with a model provider, that provider bills you directly, outside your subscription, and no credit is consumed.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not keep any card number. An unpaid amount may lead to access being suspended after a reminder, without the sums already due ceasing to be owed.
An upgrade to a higher plan takes effect immediately, prorated for the remaining period. A downgrade to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal, so that the period already paid for is served in full.
You cancel whenever you like, from your settings, without giving a reason or notice. Access remains open until the end of the current period, then the subscription stops. No charge is made after that. Cancelling during the trial period falls under section 3: nothing is charged at all.
A consumer has fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase. By requesting immediate access to the service, you agree that it begins before the end of this period: withdrawal remains possible, and the portion corresponding to what has already been consumed remains payable, in accordance with Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code (code de la consommation).
This section does not apply to business purchases. It does not deprive a consumer of the statutory guarantee of conformity.
An agent published by a creator may be paid. The purchase is then made once, from us, and gives access to the agent under the conditions stated on its listing. We pay the creator the share set by the creator earnings terms, which also set out the rate schedule that applies when nobody buys at a price and the visitor pays for their own credits.
An agent removed from the Fortichedex remains accessible to anyone who has already bought it, unless it becomes technically impossible to operate or it breaches our terms of use.
A price change is announced to you by email at least thirty days before it applies to your subscription. You can cancel before that date at no cost.

After attempting to resolve the dispute directly with us, a consumer will be able to refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator we will be registered with: their contact details will be published on this page as soon as our registration is effective.
A consumer may also report a problem to the DGCCRF (the French consumer protection authority) on signal.conso.gouv.fr and, if they live in another European Union country, get free assistance from the European Consumer Centre France (europe-consommateurs.eu). In all cases, they remain free to bring the matter before the competent court.
